– Renting one of our properties implies the signing of a “rental contract” according to italian laws. You will also be asked to show your I.Ds or passports upon arrival (minors included)– Check-in time will be between 3.00 P.M and 8.00 P.M. Check-out time will be until 10.30 A.M.– The prices shown above refer to a 2 persons occupancy. A surcharge (10/15 € per day) will be applied for any adult exceeding the number of 2– A cleaning fee (30€ /50 €) will be applied.-No other services are provided (i.e. cleaning during your stay) execpt the ones described, according to the italian laws.
